Very good information. Positive workplace environment gives people the possibility to concentrate on their tasks and by that perform much more effectively. Very often managers do not see that improved and positive workplace environment is a great possibility to improve results.
The bottom line is, that if managers do not recognize it as a possibility, people should improve their workplace environment by themselves. There are many things people can easily improve in the physical environment (positive quotas on the wall) and also many things people can change in their thinking process (like concentration on solutions not problems).

Hi Joy Mat. You are absolutely correct. In some environments employees have to be driven to make a positive difference in their work environment. A major part of that is the attitude the employee brings with them to the work place. Thanks for stopping by.
